KRAKOW, POLAND: BitSpace held Krakow Bitcoin Meetup on Friday the 2nd of February, its first ever meetup abroad. With delegations from Poland and Portugal both represented, around 40 people showed up to hear a company presentation about BitSpace and connect with fellow crypto and Bitcoin enthusiasts.

As BitSpace is looking to expand globally, people deployed in several countries are in the process of, or planning to set up local branches of BitSpace in their respective countries. Bitspace content manager Ola Haukland, in charge of BitSpace operations in Poland, was the event host, accompanied by BitSpace representatives Manuel Costa Laíns and Pedro Laíns, who are in charge of operations in Portugal.

At the event, which took place at Poli Klub in the centre of Krakow, Manuel Costa Laíns held a 20-minute presentation about BitSpace – our core vision, BitGate, Etheos, and other projects scheduled in 2018.

Hosting grassroots community events is a key element of what BitSpace is about, and the Krakow Bitcoin meetup will be held frequently. We are looking forward to expanding our presence further by giving value to the communities we are a part of in 2018.
